Curriculum

We implement a hybrid curriculum composed of Montessori and Traditional Early Childhood practices. We utilize music, repetition, and the Montessori three-period lesson (introduction, association/recognition, and recall) to help our rising leaders retain new information. We believe in using children's interests to teach them new skills. We meet children where they are developmentally while helping them reach their full potential.
Academic preparation and life lessons include Grace and Courtesy, Social Responsibility, Originality of Thought, Creativity, Sharing, and Patience. The work and lessons that are offered to our rising leaders are prepared to meet their growing emotional and cognitive abilities. As your child grows emotionally, physically, and intellectually, the activities continue to change to meet his/her needs. We strive to keep our rising leaders happy, safe, interested in learning, and uplifted. We use respect, consistency, structure, intrinsic motivation, and love to help our students increase their confidence to rise up to be the leaders they are destined to be.
Toilet Learning

We will support your efforts and encourage toilet learning. We change our students using the stand-up diapering method. This allows the child the freedom of movement so that they can teach themselves to move on and off the toilet at their own learning pace. This method allows the child to fully participate in the toileting process while also encouraging and supporting independence. We charge an additional fee for children who have not completed the toileting process.
